He is known for his passion and unwavering motivation for delivering straightforward guidance to help his clients achieve the best possible outcomes.

A masterful communicator known for his superb ability at simplifying complex financial concepts into plain everyday language, Samuel believes that no form of financial planning should ever be confusing. He is the published author of several books and special reports covering a wide range of subjects, from Social Security to mortgages, taxes, and annuities. He serves as a mentor and instructor to other investment, tax, and insurance professionals.

An MBA holder, Samuel also has earned the coveted advanced financial planning designation of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and the elite Enrolled Agent (EA) credential, issued by the IRS to professionals who demonstrate special competence in federal tax matters. He is also a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC), Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and Certified Business Manager (CBM).

But Samuel offers more than just a wide array of scholarly credentials – he has integrity and understands the plight of investors in today’s economy. He takes a personal interest and listens closely to gain a thorough understanding of his clients’ situations so that he can work with them to explore the range of possibilities for their best outcome.

When he’s away from work, Samuel is an avid road cyclist and a devoted father who enjoys spending time with his daughter Amy and son Samuel II.
